5. Panchakarma — Theory & Practical Understanding
A major component of the course is an introduction to the traditional Ayurvedic concept of Panchakarma and its therapeutic principles.

  • Ayurvedic principles behind Panchakarma
  • Purvakarma – Preparation before Panchakarma
  • Snehana – Oleation
  • Swedana – Herbal steam and fomentation
  • Introduction to the five classical Panchakarma procedures
  • Vamana – Therapeutic emesis: theoretical understanding
  • Virechana – Therapeutic purgation: principles and supervised clinical understanding
  • Basti – Medicated enema: principles and practical understanding
  • Nasya – Nasal therapy
  • Raktamokshana – Traditional bloodletting: theoretical introduction
  • Paschat Karma – Post-therapy care
  • Samsarjana Krama – Gradual dietary restoration
  • Indications, contraindications and precautions
Note: Clinical Panchakarma procedures requiring a qualified Ayurvedic physician are taught according to appropriate professional scope, safety standards and supervised practice.
6. Marma Therapy
Participants will receive practical training in:
  • Principles of Marma therapy
  • Important Marma points of the head, face, hands and feet
  • Basic Marma stimulation techniques

7. Ayurvedic Oils & Herbal Preparations

Part 4 — Panchakarma Education
Understand the philosophy, preparation, procedures, precautions and post-care associated with traditional Panchakarma.

Part 5 — Integrating Ayurveda
