Breakfast begins with fresh seasonal fruits and a soothing herbal tea, accompanied by nourishing porridge, poha or oats, depending on your individual programme.
Lunch is a wholesome Ayurvedic thali, featuring freshly prepared green vegetables, nourishing moong dal soup, millet chapati and a small portion of rice. The meal is light, balanced and easy to digest.
Dinner is kept simple and gentle, with steamed seasonal vegetables, a light vegetable soup and nourishing khichdi.
